Simon Kohn (Furniture) Ltd design Ticket and Security Counters and Help Desks for Transport Companies, Universities, Government offices, Railway Stations, the Probation Service, NHS Premises/Doctor’s Surgeries, etc.  These are designed to be ergonomically friendly to both the public and the ticket and reception staff and to ensure physical security and protection when violent and threatening situations arise.

We recognize the importance of specifying heavy duty materials in these highly trafficked areas and are adept at finding solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and durable. Where necessary our counters comply with BS5544 anti-bandit, manual attack threat levels or if necessary the higher rating ballistic threat levels BSEN1522/1523.
